Prada enters the fine jewelry market with “Eternal Gold,” a debut collection crafted from certified recycled gold. The sustainable line launches in Japan on October 21, 2022.

Prada has announced “Eternal Gold,” its first-ever fine jewelry collection and a sustainable line made exclusively from certified recycled gold. In Japan, the collection will go on sale at the Prada Ginza store and the official online store on Friday, October 21, 2022.

The debut collection proposes jewelry that forms the foundation of an “everlasting neoclassic” style. The core motif is the iconic Prada Triangle. The lineup also includes snake bracelets, heart motif necklaces, and ribbon chokers. Part of the collection will be available via made-to-order production.
All gold used in the fine jewelry is certified recycled gold that meets the “Chain of Custody” standards set by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). Prada’s gold and diamond production chain is fully verifiable and traceable at every stage.

Simultaneously, a campaign commemorating the launch has been announced, featuring visuals of American poet and activist Amanda Gorman, actor/model/singer-songwriter Maya Hawke, and musician Chung Somi, who has Dutch, Korean, and Canadian roots.
