This article is based on a press release detailing a market insights report on the porridge industry from 2016 to 2022.

A survey was conducted to understand the overview of the porridge market from 2016 to 2022.
Porridge is a popular breakfast cereal dish. It is made by grinding, crushing, or chopping starchy grains and mixing them with water or milk. To make sweet cereal, additional flavorings such as honey, dried fruits, sugar, or syrup are added. To create a savory dish, spices and vegetables are combined.
Porridge contains beta-glucan and fiber, both of which help prevent cardiovascular disease, constipation, and regulate bowel movements. The consumption of porridge is beneficial as it is nutritious, contains dietary fiber, provides a healthy meal, and prevents consumers from overeating.
