Aiming to create an era where ‘brand strategy’ becomes common sense for all Japanese companies by 2030.
We are now in an era where the essence of companies is being questioned, and a new period of reform has arrived. Even in sales activities, there is a growing need to comprehensively consider all stakeholders. In particular, for many Japanese companies where ‘management strategy’ and ‘marketing strategy’ are disconnected, a ‘brand strategy’ to bridge them is essential, and the time has come to think about them in an integrated and consistent manner.
Based on this background, through this business school, YRK & aims to help as many companies as possible become more prosperous by introducing brand strategy and to realize a sustainable corporate society.
Through the approximately four-month (8-day) curriculum, participants can practically learn how to incorporate such ‘brand strategy’ into management and marketing using the ‘bring-your-own-challenge’ and ‘internal engagement’ methods. The instructors include a diverse range of guests such as university professors, active frontline entrepreneurs, businesspeople, and strategy consultants. The mission of this school is to cultivate business owners and department heads who are serious about changing the current state of their companies or businesses and to fundamentally enhance the brand power of Japanese companies.

・Capacity: 4 companies
・Tuition Fee: 650,000 JPY (excluding tax) (for 1-2 participants per company, working on 1 challenge). Total fee for all 8 days.

The Reason for Insisting on ‘In-Person’ Events

Prior to the school opening, briefing sessions will be held (May 19, June 7).
The online briefing sessions will provide a digest of the curriculum to be learned in the rebranding school starting July 5, and will explain details including the scheduled instructors (including external lecturers) and the event schedule.
