This article announces the opening of Sinn DEPOT Hamamatsu, a unique experiential concept shop dedicated to the German watch brand. It is presented as the only such location in Japan’s Shizuoka Prefecture.
Tokai Watch & Jewelry Co., Ltd. Headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, Sinn, true to its German company name “Sinn Spezialuhren” (Sinn Special Watches), is a brand known for its “mission timers” and “pilot watches”—measuring instruments beloved by many professionals—featuring unique technologies incorporated from other fields.
The company operates a direct sales watch store in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and has been handling Sinn watches as the prefecture’s sole official agent since 2012. The new ‘Sinn DEPOT Hamamatsu’ storefront is designed with an image similar to Sinn’s directly operated concept shops in Germany, showcasing the brand’s unique worldview. It will be a specialty store and concept corner displaying almost all current models. Sinn DEPOT boasts one of Japan’s largest product lineups, selling not only a wide variety of Sinn watches but also parts like bracelets and leather straps, as well as original Sinn novelty goods.
