Awards Unveiled Under the Theme “Chinese Charm and Splendor”

Centered on the theme “Chinese Charm and Splendor,” the 2024 Oriental Imagery Fashion Gala continued to deepen its founding philosophy of “driving brand power through product strength,” exploring the collision and integration of East and West, ancient and modern, to foster high-quality development in the jewelry industry.

“Luohu District will continue to uphold the concept of open cooperation and win-win development. We look forward to working hand in hand with outstanding domestic and international experts and industry leaders to bring excellent Chinese jewelry culture to the world and strive to achieve the goal of ‘the world looks to China for jewelry,'” said Zhan Hui, Deputy District Mayor of Luohu District.
“Since its inception, the Oriental Imagery Fashion Gala has been committed to promoting the high-quality development of China’s gold and jewelry industry, hoping to help jewelry enterprises enhance their brand influence and promote the standardization and normalization of the industry,” said Qi Peng, Chairman of the organizer Shenzhen Jewelry Industry Service Co., Ltd.
“The Oriental Imagery Fashion Gala is an excellent platform for the exchange and integration of Roman jewelry culture and Eastern jewelry culture. Roman designers draw inspiration from Eastern jade culture, while Eastern designers learn from Roman metal engraving techniques. This cross-cultural exchange promotes the development of global jewelry culture,” praised Monica Cecchini, founder and president of Rome Jewelry Week and museum director, as an international guest representative.

The “Chinese Charm and Splendor” themed fashion show integrated cyberpunk-style dragon, phoenix, lily, and gold foil elements into a classical backdrop, showcasing a fusion of classical and modern aesthetics. Models elegantly displayed the exquisite craftsmanship of participating companies while adorned in jewelry and lavish attire. The “Chinese Trends for Children” themed show offered a novel perspective, highlighting the exchange of Chinese and Western cultures and the inheritance of Chinese culture.

This year’s gala presented multiple awards including the “Divine Craftsmanship Award,” “New Charm of Chinese Style Award,” “Trendsetting Elegance Award,” “Treasure of Chinese Charm Award,” and “Masterful Craftsmanship Award.”
