GIADA Jewelry Debuts with Two Collections

【September 22, 2025, Beijing】The Italian quiet luxury womenswear brand GIADA has launched its jewelry brand, GIADA Jewelry, and for the first time released the “FIRENZE” fine jewelry collection and the “Flower on the Rock” high jewelry collection.

Inspiration and Design Philosophy

The GIADA Jewelry fine and high jewelry collections draw inspiration from the meaning of “GIADA” in Italian, which is “beautiful jade.” For the first time, the brand has selected jadeite, a precious gemstone from Eastern culture, as the primary stone. Jadeite possesses both the resilient character of stone and the gentle, pliable nature of water, perfectly aligning with the inner strength of contemporary women who balance firmness and softness. GIADA Jewelry aims to continue the brand’s quiet luxury aesthetic and elegant style while, through minimalist lines and exquisite Italian craftsmanship, reviving the technical characteristics of the Italian Renaissance. By using jadeite, it further interprets the brand’s spiritual core of “Flower on the Rock,” creating a new aesthetic context that blends Eastern and Western cultures.

The “FIRENZE” Fine Jewelry Collection

The name of the “FIRENZE” fine jewelry collection draws inspiration from the famous poet Xu Zhimo’s poetic translation of the ancient Italian city of Florence. This collection is inspired by the perfect combination of GIADA’s design language, “Soft Geometry,” and Italian Renaissance art, transforming classical aesthetics from architecture and painting into wearable art. The “FIRENZE” collection includes multiple thematic designs, with key pieces revolving around the brand’s iconic Crystal motif. It incorporates representative painting techniques from the Renaissance period—Cangiante (color shifting) and Chiaroscuro (light and shadow)—constructing a three-dimensional and visually dynamic language through color and light.

Material Selection and Craftsmanship

In terms of materials, GIADA insists on using natural, old-mine jadeite rough from famous mines in Myanmar, paired with mother-of-pearl and diamonds, crafted with 100% Italian handmade techniques. Creative Director Gabriele Colangelo and jewelry designer Susanna Cornet are deeply attracted to Eastern jade culture and are committed to reinterpreting jadeite, an Eastern gemstone, through Italian aesthetics, creating fine jewelry that combines Eastern and Western narrative characteristics. GIADA’s gem hunter team selects increasingly scarce old-mine jadeite rough from Myanmar and private collectors in China and abroad. Each piece undergoes manual cutting, polishing, and setting to ensure its unique and rare quality.

The “Flower on the Rock” High Jewelry Collection

The high jewelry “FLOWER ON THE ROCK” collection is crafted using high-quality green jadeite, colorless glass-grade jadeite, hand-carved natural rock crystal, diamonds, and titanium. It perfectly combines softness and hardness, brilliance and restraint, showcasing the Eastern aesthetic charm of interplay between the tangible and intangible within the fine Italian jewelry structure.

Media Preview Event in Beijing

On September 22, GIADA Jewelry held a media preview event at the Qihao Art Museum in Beijing. Ms. Jing Jing, founder of BAZAAR Jewelry Chinese edition, former executive publisher and editor-in-chief, and jewelry aesthetics critic (Editor-in-Chief Jing), attended the dinner as a brand consultant representative and interpreted GIADA Jewelry’s design language from the perspective of Renaissance aesthetics.

“GIADA Jewelry reinterprets the geometric aesthetics of the brand’s classic Crystal symbol, perfectly aligning with GIADA’s ready-to-wear style of quiet luxury, minimalism, and elegance. It also concretely expresses the brand concept of ‘Flower on the Rock’ through the dual nature of firmness and softness in jadeite,” said Editor-in-Chief Jing in her speech.

Scott Tang, Training Director of IGI Asia Pacific Headquarters, shared the international influence of jadeite and rare historical images of several European collectors at the dinner, and demonstrated the continuously rising value of jadeite collections in the auction market in recent years.

GIADA Greater China CEO Ms. He Zhifei, along with guests including FIRST International Film Festival founder Song Wen and director Derek Tsang, joined representatives from major domestic media and GIADA Women to witness the artistic charm of GIADA Jewelry.
