This article outlines the accreditation of eleven skills operators (Opcos) in France, detailing their designated areas of intervention and their role in accommodating companies not covered by national training agreements.

Introduction

Eleven skills operators (Opco) have been accredited since April 1, 2019. The areas of intervention for these operators are presented below.

Each Opco can accommodate companies that are not covered by a national collective agreement or a national industry agreement on training, whose main activity falls within its area of intervention.

Afdas
“Skills operator in the field of culture, creative industries, media, communication, telecommunications, sports, tourism, leisure, and entertainment. It also encompasses the scope of intermittent entertainment workers and artist-authors.”
