Miley Cyrus’s engagement ring is one for the history books.
The 33-year-old Cyrus showcased her ring from her new fiancé, Maxx Morando, at the premiere of ‘Avatar: Fire And Ash’ in Los Angeles on Monday, December 1. Following their subtle announcement, which Page Six was first to confirm, Blue Nile’s Vice President of Marketing, Daniela Tarantino, told Us Weekly on Tuesday, December 2:

Kristy Cullinane, a diamond jewelry expert and co-founder of Plum Diamonds, agreed that the diamond is “approximately 4 to 5 carats.”
While showing off her stunning ring, Cyrus also wore another Messika diamond on her index finger, composed of a pear-shaped stone and a rectangular diamond joined on an adorned band. She completed her look with a Messika diamond necklace and a double ring on her right hand.
She rested her left hand on Morando’s chest, making sure to show her engagement ring to her fans. Cyrus, who has been dating Morando since December 2021, dazzled in a black Gucci sequin dress with a heart-shaped sweetheart neckline and a fitted bodice that cascaded into a pleated mermaid skirt with a dramatic train.
Cyrus is not the only star to receive an east-west engagement ring lately.
Zendaya debuted her unique engagement ring from Tom Holland at the 2025 Golden Globes in January. Her Jessica McCormack ring features an east-west cushion-cut diamond, set on a gold band with a bezel.
Lauren Grunstein, Vice President of Verstelo Fine Jewelry, estimated that Zendaya’s ring could cost up to $500,000. (The couple began dating in 2016 after meeting on the set of ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’).
Dua Lipa also has an engagement ring similar to Cyrus’s. Her custom ring, created by Callum Turner, whom she has been with since January 2024, features a 2-carat round diamond set on a thick gold band. The ring is estimated to cost between $65,000 and $270,000, according to People.
She confirmed her engagement in June 2025 during a talk with the British edition of Vogue.
She also shared that the 35-year-old Turner asked her friends and sisters for help designing the ring.
