【Paris, Franc】Grand Palais to Host Giant Recruitment Event Dedicated to the Luxury Sector

Piloted by the Comité Colbert, the association for the promotion of French luxury, this XXL event will bring together around thirty luxury Houses under one roof in early October in Paris.
How can the attractiveness of a luxury industry in search of talent be strengthened? From October 2 to 5, 2025, 32 Houses including Cartier, Chanel, Dior, Guerlain, Hermès, and Louis Vuitton, along with around twenty training institutions, will take over the Grand Palais for days dedicated to discovery, training, and recruitment. Reserved for students on the first two days, the event will welcome the general public starting October 3 from 5 PM.

Under the glass roof of the Parisian monument, the 2,500 m² of scenography designed by graduates of ENSAAMA will offer a structured journey centered around seven activity areas: table arts, leather, decoration, gastronomy & hospitality, jewelry & watchmaking, haute couture & fashion, perfumes & cosmetics.
The program includes meetings and conferences accompanied by demonstrations and participatory workshops led by artisans, potentially sparking professional vocations.

This new date marks the fifth edition of the event “Les Deux Mains du Luxe”, whose goal is to showcase the excellence professions at the heart of an industry facing major challenges in recruitment, knowledge transfer, and innovation, particularly in digital and environmental aspects.
As part of this initiative, an off-site exhibition will also be presented on the Champs-Élysées.
It is worth noting that at the beginning of the summer, the Comité Colbert had formalized the appointment of the Réunion des Musées Nationaux – Grand Palais as a partner cultural institution.
