Bulgari is launching a new jewelry school in partnership with Tarì Design School this September. Located at its Valenza manufacturing hub, the school is now accepting applications for its Goldsmithing and Gem-Setting courses, welcoming passionate beginners with a high school diploma.

Bulgari, in partnership with TADS (Tarì Design School), will open the jewelry school “Scuola Bvlgari” in September. The school is located within Bulgari’s largest jewelry manufacturing hub, “Manifattura Bulgari,” in Valenza, Italy. Applications are now open for the Goldsmithing and Gem-Setting courses. No prior experience is required for admission; the school seeks participants with a high school diploma, excellent manual dexterity, and a pure passion for the world of jewelry.

Bulgari is broadly committed to talent development and the transmission of skills, and Scuola Bvlgari is established as a strategic pillar of this effort. It aims to provide an entry point into jewelry making, offering specialized programs focused on Bulgari’s unique craftsmanship techniques.

Classes are held on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The Goldsmithing course, as the first enrollment cycle, will run until April 2027, totaling 1,680 hours. The curriculum covers the full range of metalworking techniques, including bending, milling, soldering, laser cutting, filigree work, creating clasps and bezels, wax modeling, finishing, polishing, and lost-wax casting.

The Gem-Setting course is set to complete its first academic year in June 2026. It consists of 600 hours focused on stone-setting techniques. Students will master basic stone-setting methods such as pavé, bezel, flush, channel, prong, and claw settings while learning theoretical foundations of gemology and stone properties.
All training is provided by a team of experts, including master goldsmiths, setters, 3D designers, gemologists, and technical instructors.
