The 2025 “Precious” Watch Award is now underway, with a panel of five expert judges evaluating the latest in luxury timepieces. This eighth edition promises a rigorous selection process, combining diverse perspectives and deep industry knowledge to honor exceptional watchmaking.

The festival of new luxury watches, the “Precious” Watch Award 2025, is now open! For this 8th edition, five judges evaluated numerous entered new timepieces, applying their honed sensibilities from their respective fields of expertise, conducting assessments from multiple perspectives and engaging in extensive discussions.
This time, we introduce the masterpiece that won the “Diamond Watch Award” for its elegant form that masters brilliance.
A masterpiece lavishly set with a total of 1,057 diamonds, exceeding approximately 25.81 carats. Baguette-cut diamonds pave the case, bracelet, and dial, creating a sea of light. This 36mm RG case houses a moon phase complication, embedding mechanical precision within the brilliance—a piece worthy of the name “King of Diamonds.”
From the back, the mechanical movement is revealed, featuring a rotor set with 26 baguette-cut diamonds.
The 656 baguette-cut diamonds densely set even on the underside of the bracelet emit light from every angle. It is the crystallization of a jeweler’s pride and the essence of watchmaking technology.
Harry Winston’s ‘HW Ocean Date Moon Phase Automatic 36mm’ features a rose gold case meticulously set with over a thousand diamonds. It is a watch that represents the pinnacle of high jewelry craftsmanship.
As Misaki Ito stated, “Only someone who can carry off such brilliance is special.” Rika Tatsuno praised it highly, saying, “A piece that manually arranged this many diamonds, elevating light and time into art.” It is truly an overwhelming “architecture of light.” Its existence redefines the meaning of luxury, embodying the essence of Harry Winston.
