This article reports on the resignation of a senior executive at Anhui Huaye Spice Co., Ltd., a partner of Procter & Gamble. The departure is noted as being for personal reasons.
On March 5, Anhui Huaye Spice Co., Ltd. (“Huaye Spice”) announced the resignation of its Deputy General Manager. The announcement stated that the company’s board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Wang Yi, the Deputy General Manager. Wang Yi resigned for personal reasons and will no longer hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries after his resignation. The announcement also noted that the relevant work he was responsible for has been handed over in an orderly manner, and his resignation will not adversely affect the company’s production and operations. Wang Yi’s original term was set to expire at the end of the fifth board of directors’ tenure.
Public information shows that Huaye Spice was founded in 2002 and is dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of lactone series synthetic fragrances. Its main products are gamma-lactone and delta-lactone series synthetic fragrances, widely used in industries such as food and beverage, daily chemicals, tobacco, and feed. In September 2020, Huaye Spice was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s ChiNext board (stock code: 300886). Furthermore, over 60% of Huaye Spice’s products are exported, and the company has established stable business relationships with internationally renowned companies such as Firmenich, IFF, Givaudan, Procter & Gamble, and Mane.
On March 7, Xiaocaiyuan (00999) announced a change in its non-executive director. Luo Yongxiang resigned due to other work arrangements, effective March 7, 2025. Concurrently, Zhu Xuejing was appointed as a non-executive director for a one-year term starting March 7, 2025. Zhu Xuejing has 12 years of experience in capital markets and private equity investment. She previously worked at several well-known law firms and joined Cathay Capital Management Co., Ltd. in 2018.
BVLGARI announced the appointment of Corinne Le Foll as the new Chief Executive Officer of its Jewelry and High Jewelry division. It is reported that Corinne Le Foll’s most recent position was as CEO of the jewelry company Dinh Van. Before joining Dinh Van, she worked at Richemont for twenty years, holding multiple leadership roles, and served as Managing Director of Cartier France from 2018 to 2022. This appointment is part of Bulgari’s broader plan to strengthen its influence in the high jewelry market, a key area for the LVMH group.
Danish jewelry brand Pandora announced the appointment of Nicole Clayton as its new General Manager for the UK and Ireland, effective April 1. Nicole Clayton is an executive with extensive experience in consumer goods and fashion brands. Her most recent role was Global Chief Digital Officer at Nestlé. Prior to that, she served as CEO for the Americas at denim brand G-Star and as Global Vice President at American footwear company Caleres. According to previous reports, Pandora’s revenue for fiscal year 2024 surged 13% year-on-year to 31.7 billion Danish kroner, reaching a record high.
On March 3, luxury fashion brand Vera Wang announced that Priya Shukla, its Senior Vice President of Global Communications, will depart, ending her nearly 20-year career with the brand. Shukla began her career as an executive assistant at Vera Wang and gradually rose to public relations management positions. Before joining Vera Wang, she worked at Ralph Lauren. Notably, in December 2024, Vera Wang announced the sale of her namesake brand to WHP Global. Vera Wang will continue to serve as the brand’s founder and chief creative officer and will become a shareholder in WHP Global.
