Flashforge’s WaxJet series has earned the 2024 Global Sales Champion certification, setting a new benchmark for precision in jewelry manufacturing through advanced MultiJet Printing technology. This recognition underscores the company’s market leadership and innovation in 3D printing solutions.

Flashforge Technology, a leading global manufacturer of 3D printing equipment, announced today that its MJP (MultiJet Printing) wax-jetting 3D printer series has been awarded the prestigious [2024 Global Sales Champion] certification by the Dun & Bradstreet Group, thanks to its superior technological capabilities and market performance. This milestone achievement not only confirms Flashforge’s leading position in the field of intelligent jewelry manufacturing but also highlights its comprehensive competitiveness in precision manufacturing, technological innovation, and global market expansion.
The Flashforge WaxJet series of MJP wax-jetting 3D printers has become the “high-precision standard equipment” for top domestic jewelry brands and professional manufacturers since its launch. The WaxJet 510, released in 2024, features industry-leading parameters including an ultra-high resolution of 2900×2900×1700 DPI and a layer thickness of 15μm, achieving nanometer-level restoration of wax mold details. Combined with a build platform of 289×208×100mm and dimensional accuracy of ±0.04 mm/20 mm, it perfectly adapts to high-complexity jewelry processes such as micro-inlay and hollowing, meeting the consistent demands of precious metal casting for wax mold precision.

In 2025, Flashforge upgraded its product matrix again, launching the WaxJet 530 (WJ530) with a three-jet head design. While maintaining high-precision output, it increases printing speed to 6.35 mm/h, which is 25%-50% faster than mainstream competing products. Its monthly production capacity can reach nearly 12,000 wax molds, significantly enhancing customers’ order fulfillment capabilities during peak seasons and helping jewelry manufacturing enterprises achieve scaled-up efficiency improvements.
Facing the challenge of persistently rising global gold prices in 2025, Flashforge Technology has proactively deployed an intelligent manufacturing solution for hard metal jewelry. This solution integrates MJP wax-jetting printing technology, high-precision wax materials, an intelligent material management system, and automated batch production workflows. It not only enables 15μm-level detail restoration and low gold consumption but also ensures product precision and appearance quality while effectively reducing overall material waste, injecting new momentum into personalized, high-value-added hard metal craftsmanship.

Since its establishment in 2011, Flashforge Technology has consistently adhered to the brand philosophy of “making the more advanced more universal,” committed to providing global users with technologically advanced, performance-leading, and user-friendly high-performance 3D printing equipment and solutions. Relying on over a decade of industrial-grade technology accumulation, the company has built a full-matrix product ecosystem covering three major technology lines: FDM, MJP, and photopolymerization. Its desktop-level FDM printer, the Adventurer 5M (AD5M), has repeatedly ranked among the top in global sales and was recognized as a “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” Little Giant enterprise in Zhejiang Province. Currently, Flashforge products have entered over 70 national markets, serving nearly one million users in more than 200 countries and regions.
