A Global Gathering of Jewellery Excellence

The much-anticipated September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair is currently in full swing at Hong Kong’s two major international venues—the AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC). As a globally influential jewellery sourcing event, this edition brings together over 3,000 exhibitors from 45 countries and regions, offering global buyers not only a feast for the eyes but also, through highlights like the “Realm of Radiance” Precious Metals Special Exhibition and the 2025 JWA Sustainable Development Awards series, showcasing the industry’s outstanding achievements in innovative craftsmanship and sustainable development.

Six Thematic Mega-Shows Create an Efficient Sourcing Platform

This September Fair breaks from tradition by innovatively integrating six thematic exhibitions, providing global buyers with a highly efficient sourcing experience. The fair is divided between the two major venues of AWE and HKCEC, precisely catering to different product categories and needs.
From September 15 to 19, AWE took the lead in opening its doors, hosting three concurrent exhibitions focused on jewellery materials: the September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair • Gemstones, the September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair • Diamonds & Fine Gemstones, and the September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair • Jewellery+. These halls gathered high-quality suppliers from around the world, displaying dazzling precious jewellery materials such as diamonds, colored gemstones, and pearls. Among them, the “Fine Gemstones Pavilion” particularly stood out with its rare treasures, continuously attracting the attention of top luxury brands, renowned designers, and collectors. The exhibits were breathtaking, featuring colored diamonds, colorless diamonds, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, tanzanite, aquamarine, opals, and pearls.
From September 17 to 21, the focus of the fair shifted to the HKCEC, where three exhibitions dedicated to finished products and accessories took the stage: the September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair, and the International Fine Jewellery Exhibition, collectively showcasing a dazzling array of finished jewellery, personal accessories, tools and equipment, as well as cutting-edge jewellery technology solutions. The “Fine Jewellery” zone in the main hall gathered high-end jewellery pieces meticulously crafted by international masters, where exquisite craftsmanship and rare gemstones complemented each other, creating unique and unparalleled masterpieces. The CORE pavilion in the “China, Hong Kong” zone fully demonstrated Hong Kong’s robust strength as a global jewellery manufacturing hub, highlighting the innovative craftsmanship and excellent technology of local manufacturers. The “International” zone pavilion featured exhibitors who broke through traditional design concepts, presenting a wave of creative and trendsetting luxury jewellery.
Additionally, the SEASONS Premier Jewellery & Accessories Autumn Show was also held concurrently from September 17 to 21 at Hall 5BC of the HKCEC, with its design trend forecasts becoming a major highlight. The show featured multiple special zones, including the MODE by SEASONS Autumn zone in collaboration with Fashion by Informa, and the Tomorrow Aisle, providing buyers with an excellent window to preview new designer collections and Spring/Summer 2026 future trend forecasts.

A buyer from Brazil also stated, “Although the journey to the venue was long, this experience was absolutely worth it! I found several suppliers and unique jewellery pieces.”
A domestic consumer, Ms. Liu, expressed:

“I came to the Hong Kong exhibition to purchase goods. This time, the收获颇丰. The scale is relatively large, and there are two exhibition halls to shuttle between,一边看裸石,一边挑成品. The purely natural gemstones, combined with very浮夸很漂亮的设计, offer a very high cost-performance ratio for treasure. I really like them, and today I also picked my desired jewellery.”
Innovative Craftsmanship and Sustainable Development Take Center Stage, Leading Industry Future Trends

The September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair is not only a trade sourcing event but also a guide and platform for the industry’s innovation and sustainable development理念. This edition of the fair精心策划了多项特色活动, gathering前沿工艺与绿色未来.
Among them, the “Realm of Radiance” Precious Metals Special Exhibition, co-organized by Informa’s “Jewellery Intelligence,” made a grand return at Booth 3M260 in the HKCEC, becoming a major吸睛亮点 of the fair. This special exhibition received joint support from two major industry associations: the World Gold Council (WGC) and the Platinum Guild International (PGI). “Realm of Radiance” features ten display zones, leading visitors to deeply explore the fascinating world of precious metals like gold, platinum, silver, and others used in crafting high-end jewellery, covering their historical origins, cultural significance, artistic vision, and scientific analysis, highlighting the precision of jewellery metal craftsmanship. Live demonstrations further gave attendees the opportunity to observe gold metal craftsmanship, gold setting, and engraving up close.
Complementing the “Realm of Radiance,” the “Gold Jewellery Pavilion” reached new heights in scale this year, gathering about 40 exhibitors from Mainland China, Hong Kong China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and other places, becoming an excellent platform showcasing gold jewellery fashion trends and new technologies. Particularly noteworthy is that the hard gold exhibition group led by WGC made its debut at the fair, adding unique charm to this special zone. Other gold jewellery exhibitors were also distributed across different zones, providing buyers with rich, diverse choices and opportunities for in-depth交流.
Jin Mingzhu Jewellery Co., Ltd., a gold jewellery manufacturer participating in the Hong Kong Jewellery Fair for the first time, stated in an interview with Global Times Consumer Channel reporters:

“This time at the Hong Kong exhibition, there are many customers, and we also saw many excellent同行from abroad. The products we brought are all related to hard gold, such as the black gold series, where we apply a layer of black color based on hard gold craftsmanship, making the gold more trendy and younger, more in line with the tastes of young people. There’s also the blue-and-white porcelain series; we want to use this exhibition to promote products that embody Chinese culture to overseas同行or consumers, making them love our products more and more.”
Special Zones Offer Wonderful Interactions

As the annual盛事 of the global jewellery industry, the September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair attracts global buyers to gather, becoming an excellent platform for industry exchange of ideas, business dialogue, and networking.
