This article introduces the launch of VAINON, a new jewelry brand that embraces maximalism as a statement against pragmatism. Its philosophy reinterprets vanity as a humanistic force, with designs intended to visualize desire and pride.

The new jewelry brand “VAINON” has launched. Its debut collection is currently available on its official online store.

VAINON was born from the concept that “vanity is a symbol of humanity and the driving force behind culture and beauty.” As an antithesis to low-cost orientation and pragmatism, the brand incorporates maximalism into its forms. It is designed not merely as decoration but as a device to visualize human desire, pride, and rebellious spirit.

All items are handmade by skilled domestic artisans in Japan. Sterling silver is used as the material, featuring the characteristic luster of silver contrasted with smoked finishes.
The first collection includes rings (¥28,600) and bracelets (¥49,500) with bolt and nut motifs. To continuously communicate the brand’s concept, new releases are planned every two months.
