The BILLA market at St. Georgener Hauptstraße 143 in St. Pölten is now under the management of merchant Leutrim Metoski.
ST. PÖLTEN. Metoski, who joined the company in 2014, now leads the 700-square-meter market as an independent partner with an 18-member team that serves customers with regional products and personal consultation. Sustainability plays a central role: the location features a photovoltaic system, a greened parking lot concept, and electric charging stations. Together with the social market Soogut, the team also advocates for conscious handling of food. By the end of 2025, BILLA aims to operate over 40 markets across Austria under the merchant partner model; from 2026, the concept will also be opened to external interested parties.
