This article introduces the new guiding theme “People, Products, Places” for the 2026 Vicenzaoro Jewellery Boutique Show, highlighting its role in setting trends and inspiration for the global industry.

When the global jewelry and watch industry gathers in Vicenza from January 16 to 20, 2026, it marks not only the start of the international trade fair calendar but also a new cycle of trends, technology, and inspiration. The Jewellery Boutique Show Vicenzaoro returns to the Expo Centre of the Italian Exhibition Group, guided by a clear manifesto shaping this year’s event: “People · Products · Places.”
Vicenzaoro positions itself in 2026 even more consistently as a platform for the entire value chain, from design to distribution. The new motto “People · Products · Places” describes an interplay that has defined the fair for over 70 years. Outstanding jewelry craftsmanship meets international creativity, global industry players meet the inspirational power of a location that stands for goldsmithing tradition like few others.

Matteo Farsura, Global Exhibition Manager of IEG’s jewelry fairs, emphasizes the importance of this interconnectedness. With the introduction of the new VO Awards, the fair sets an additional signal for 2026: creativity, sustainability, technical innovation, and artisanal excellence receive their own dedicated stage for the first time.
As always, Vicenzaoro January is considered the most comprehensive product and trend show at the start of the year. Visitors can expect a complete overview of the international jewelry world: Haute Joaillerie, modern designers, finished jewelry, semi-finished goods, gemstones, diamonds, watchmaking, technological innovation, packaging, visual merchandising, and services. For retailers, this means maximum orientation and inspiration for assortment planning, purchasing, and trend analysis, supported by the option to take goods immediately from the adjacent Palakiss Cash & Carry.
Parallel to the main fair, VO Vintage opens its doors again, a meeting point for collectors and traders of high-quality vintage watches and historical jewelry pieces. Additionally, the technology platform T.Gold will be held for the last time in Hall 9 before being fully integrated into the modernized Expo Centre in 2026.

The launch of the VO Awards is one of the highlights of this year’s fair. Companies shaping the future of jewelry through innovative manufacturing techniques, new creative concepts, sustainable processes, or style-defining designs will be honored. The final pieces will be exhibited during the fair, and visitors and buyers can vote on the first two days. This transforms Vicenzaoro into an interactive stage for the jewelry stars of tomorrow.
With Trendvision Jewellery + Forecasting, Vicenzaoro once again presents the most extensive international trend forecast for jewelry. Supplementary expert seminars – including those by CIBJO – make the fair a knowledge hub that makes design, market, and technology trends understandable and applicable. This also provides valuable strategic orientation for jewelers and specialist retailers from Germany: Which style directions will become relevant, which materials will gain importance, which consumer trends will shape 2026?

Vicenzaoro also places great emphasis on efficient planning and visitor comfort in 2026. The Jewellery Connect platform supports exhibitor and visitor management, appointment scheduling, and navigation. The city itself opens its doors for culture, cuisine, and shopping as part of the VIOFF program, adding extra value for international guests. The Jewelry Museum in the Basilica Palladiana, which will present a new exhibition during the fair, also serves as an inspiring element.
