AI Exhibition Hall Draws Crowds

During the 22nd Wuzhou Gem Festival, the AI exhibition hall was bustling with visitors, and the Jewelry and Famous & Specialty Products Exhibition was also highly popular, with scenes of brisk buying and selling everywhere.

AI Design and Experience

The AI exhibition hall was divided into three areas: AI Design & Experience, AI + Manufacturing, and AI + E-commerce Sales, showcasing the technological content of the synthetic gemstone industry.

“It’s truly amazing. Ordinary citizens can also draw design drafts based on their own ideas.”

On the morning of December 21, in the AI Design & Experience area of the AI exhibition hall, Ms. Li, a citizen, input keywords like “Xijiang Pearl Tower” as design elements on the screen of an AI jewelry try-on interactive machine. In less than 10 seconds, the machine generated a design drawing. According to on-site staff, the AI jewelry try-on interactive machine also has a virtual try-on function. Citizens just need to tap lightly on the screen to generate a photo of themselves wearing the jewelry, providing a realistic try-on experience.

AI + Manufacturing

In the AI + Manufacturing area, multi-category gemstone AI grading machines were operating at high speed. Long Hairu, Business Manager of Guangzhou Find Me Grading Jewelry Technology Co., Ltd., stated:

“The multi-category gemstone AI grading machine, based on multiple patents of the AI detection system, achieves digitalization of functional detection standards and datafication of grading and color sorting. We are currently promoting cooperation with several parks in Wuzhou.”

In the exhibition hall, machines like the high-hardness material laser cutting machine and the AI automatic inlaying machine were also full of technological appeal, allowing citizens to gain an in-depth understanding of the new industrial chain of intelligent design, intelligent production, and intelligent sales for synthetic gemstones.

“The AI automatic inlaying machine can inlay 14,400 pieces of various synthetic gemstones per hour, with an efficiency more than 10 times higher than manual work and a yield rate as high as 99.8%.”

Feng Yong, the relevant person in charge of Guangxi Yuejun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., said that this machine was finalized and entered mass production in 2023. It has now been applied to several synthetic gemstone jewelry processing production lines in Wuzhou, further improving production efficiency and product added value.

Brisk Sales at Product Exhibition

In recent days, the Jewelry and Famous & Specialty Products Exhibition has been exceptionally lively. The dazzling jewelry and the exhibition of famous, special, and high-quality products with appealing colors, aromas, and tastes attracted large numbers of citizens and tourists to stop, purchase, and sample.
Pang Wenping, Director of the General Office of exhibitor Guangxi Xihuitiancheng Technology Co., Ltd., introduced:

“At this gem festival, besides displaying loose stones like moissanite, our company has also brought bracelets and necklaces with large carats and a rich variety of gemstones. On the opening day, our booth sold hundreds of jewelry orders. The foot traffic these days has been very high, and sales are quite substantial.”

Luo Xiu, the relevant person in charge of exhibitor Guangxi Wuzhou Kaiyu Liubao Tea Industry Co., Ltd., said:

“For this gem festival, we brought more than ten award-winning Liubao tea products. Merchants and tourists from various places praised them highly after tasting, and the products are selling very well.”
