This article provides a clear explanation of Aeos Gems, the premium currency in the game, detailing their primary use for in-game purchases and how to view your balance.
Aeos gems are the premium currency of the game. With them, you can buy almost everything available in the in-game shop.
You can see the amount of Aeos gems you have in the top right corner, and the price of an item in Aeos gems alongside its price in Aeos coins or Aeos tickets.
You cannot obtain them by playing in any way, at least for now. Not by winning ranked matches, leveling up, or through the battle pass. The only way to get them is by purchasing them in the official shop. To access the shop, simply press the ‘+’ button in any of the in-game shops and then select “Obtain” from the options that appear on screen.
The purchasable packs are as follows. In many cases, there will be special bonuses. For example, the first time you buy the packs of 60, 245, 490, and 1,220 Aeos gems, you will get double the amount at no extra cost.
• 60 Aeos gems: €1.09 / $0.99.
• 245 Aeos gems: €4.49 / $3.99.
• 490 Aeos gems: €8.99 / $7.99.
• 1,220 Aeos gems: €21.99 / $19.99.
• 2,450 Aeos gems: €43.99 / $39.99.
• 3,050 Aeos gems: €54.99 / $49.99.
• 6,000 Aeos gems: €109.99 / $99.99.
You might come across websites, third-party apps, or supposed codes that claim to get you Aeos gems completely free. The reality is that, with rare exceptions, all these systems are completely fake, and we recommend you do not attempt anything that is not officially approved by Nintendo.
There may be promotions for purchasing items in the Nintendo eShop, for example, but if you need to buy Aeos gems, do so through official channels. The use of hacks, codes obtained illicitly, or third-party applications to get Aeos gems in ways not sanctioned by Nintendo can lead to your account being banned and losing access to all digital content purchased with it.
