LVMH has expanded its Executive Committee with two key appointments, including the chairman’s eldest son and a new divisional CEO, signaling strategic leadership developments within the luxury conglomerate.

Luxury goods giant LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton has welcomed two new members to its Executive Committee: the eldest son of Chairman Bernard Arnault and the new CEO of the Perfumes & Cosmetics division.
Véronique Courtois has been appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics division. She will continue to serve as President and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior. In her new capacity, she will join the LVMH Group Executive Committee.
Antoine Arnault, the eldest son of Group Chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault, will also join the LVMH Group Executive Committee.
