Tiffany & Co. has named David Ponzo as its new Deputy CEO, placing him at the helm of its global retail and commercial strategy. This appointment follows the retirement of former Chief Commercial Officer Gavin Haig.

American luxury jeweler Tiffany & Co., part of French luxury giant LVMH, has appointed David Ponzo as its Deputy Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds former Chief Commercial Officer Gavin Haig, who retired in 2025.
In his new role, Ponzo will lead Tiffany’s global retail and corporate commercial organization, overseeing all retail regions and commercial functions. This includes customer relations, retail excellence, store and brand experience, digital and omnichannel, and global services, contributing to the brand’s strategic priorities. He will also be responsible for the jewelry and high jewelry product divisions, as well as the newly established strategic business development unit.
David Ponzo was previously the Chief Commercial Officer of LVMH’s flagship brand Louis Vuitton. He joined the brand in 2015, initially serving as President and CEO for Japan. Prior to LVMH, he spent nine years as President of Southeast Asia for Swiss watch giant Swatch Group. Earlier in his career, he held roles including Regional Sales Manager and Vice President for Southeast Asia at OMEGA.
French luxury giant LVMH announced that Antoine Pin, Chairman and CEO of its luxury watch brand TAG Heuer, will step down. Pin has decided to embark on a new chapter in his career. His successor will be announced soon.
Antoine Pin has been with LVMH for 23 years. He joined the group in 2002 as Marketing Director for the Swiss watchmaker Zenith. He served as Managing Director for LVMH’s Watch & Jewelry division in the UK from 2007, became General Manager of TAG Heuer Japan in 2010, and served as Managing Director for Greater China and Australia at Bulgari from 2014. He was Executive Vice President of the luxury menswear brand Berluti from 2017, became General Manager of Bulgari’s Watch division in 2019, and assumed the role of CEO at TAG Heuer in September 2024.
Antoine Pin graduated from HEC Paris with a degree in finance. Before joining LVMH, he was Marketing Director for Watches and Jewelry at the French jewelry house Boucheron.

American fashion luxury group Ralph Lauren Corp has appointed Cesar Conde, Chairman of the NBCUniversal News Group board, as a member of its board of directors, effective immediately.
Cesar Conde joined NBCUniversal News Group as Chairman in 2013. The group is the largest news media organization in the United States, encompassing NBC News, NBC News NOW, the Telemundo Enterprises group, and NBCUniversal Local. Under his leadership, the group achieved exponential growth through strategic investments, becoming the #1 news organization in the U.S. and achieving record ratings and distribution growth.
In addition to his leadership role at NBCUniversal, he also serves on the boards of Walmart and PepsiCo.
Cesar Conde holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from Harvard University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Earlier in his career, he served as President of Univision Networks.
French Galeries Lafayette Group has appointed Victoria Dartigues as Director of Purchasing for Women’s Ready-to-Wear and Leather Goods.
For the past four years, Victoria Dartigues served as Director of Purchasing for Fashion and Accessories at La Samaritaine, the luxury department store owned by LVMH. She joined DFS, LVMH’s luxury travel retail group, in 2019.

Previously, Dartigues worked as a Merchandise Manager for the Men’s and Women’s Ready-to-Wear divisions at Kenzo. She also spent six years at Printemps, where her last role was Merchandise Manager for the Luxury and Designer department.
Earlier in her career, Victoria Dartigues briefly worked as a Women’s Ready-to-Wear Buying Assistant at Galeries Lafayette and also held positions at L’Oréal Group and BY TERRY.
Victoria Dartigues holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from HEC Montréal and a Master’s degree in Fashion and Design from the Institut Français de la Mode.
Canadian designer brand Dsquared2 has appointed Chiara Baravalle as its new General Manager, effective February 1.
Baravalle was previously at Forel, an investment company founded by former Gucci President and CEO Marco Bizzarri, where she was responsible for strategy, investments, and portfolio development.
Prior to that, she served as General Manager of the Italian womenswear brand Elisabetta Franchi. Earlier, she was Chief of Staff to former Gucci CEO Marco Bizzarri and a member of the company’s executive committee, responsible for leading the brand’s global strategic priorities and transformation, as well as liaison with parent company Kering Group.
Her career began in Silicon Valley, followed by work in the fashion and luxury sector at Bain & Company. She is a graduate of Stanford University and holds triple citizenship in the United States, Italy, and France.
