Lease Contracts Finalized for All Four Buildings

It has been confirmed that Iksan City in North Jeolla Province has recently finalized all lease contracts for the jewelry rental factory complex built in its 3rd Industrial Complex.

Factory Specifications and Location

The jewelry rental factory consists of four buildings, each with a total floor area ranging from 999 to 1,196 square meters per building. It is located within the Iksan Fashion Complex inside the Iksan 3rd Industrial Complex.

Tenant Companies

According to Iksan City, Buildings 1 and 2 were occupied in October by Starlight Group, a company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of precious metals. Building 3 was leased to the Iksan Precious Metal Manufacturing Cooperative, and Building 4 was leased this month to Hanshin Jewelry, an export-oriented fashion jewelry specialist.

Infrastructure Development for Industry Nurturing

To foster the jewelry industry, Iksan City has been progressively establishing key infrastructure facilities, including a joint research and development center, an industrial cluster center, a plating facility, and a wastewater treatment plant.

City’s Statement on Policy Success
“The fact that competitive companies with secured domestic and international sales channels have chosen to locate in Iksan is clear proof that the local jewelry industry nurturing policy is yielding results,” stated Iksan City. “We will actively support job expansion and productivity enhancement through high-value-added jewelry industries.”
