Due to the impact of weakness in the futures market, both precious metals declined in the Jaipur Sarafa (bullion) market on Wednesday. Silver jumped by two and a half thousand rupees to reach 245,000 rupees per kilogram. Pure gold strengthened by 500 rupees to 156,500 rupees per ten grams. Ornamental gold increased by 500 rupees to 146,400 rupees per ten grams. The pace of buying in the spot market is proceeding normally.
