Editor’s Note
This article highlights Rakuten’s annual “Shop of the Year” awards, now in their 28th edition. The 2025 winners are selected from over 50,000 stores on Rakuten Ichiba through a comprehensive evaluation of customer votes, order volume, and sales performance.

“Rakuten Shop of the Year 2025” is an initiative by Rakuten Group, Inc. to honor the annual best shops from among over 50,000 stores (as of November 2024) on its internet shopping mall “Rakuten Ichiba,” based on a comprehensive evaluation including user popularity votes, number of orders, and sales. This marks the 28th year of the event.
This year, we are honored to have simultaneously received two prestigious awards on Rakuten Ichiba. Winning the “Jewelry/Accessories Category Grand Prize” in a highly competitive category with many excellent shops is a recognition of our service quality and trust in our authentication, for which we are extremely honored.
Furthermore, winning the “Reuse Award” holds immense significance for our company, which aims not to end with disposal or consumption even for damaged items, but to visualize new asset value and establish market liquidity.
This is also a step in embodying our philosophy, “Relationships for Well-being – Creating a rich society by cherishing each item and each sentiment.” By connecting not just the item but also the customer’s “sentiment” imbued within it to the next person, we pursue a future where individual emotional richness and a sustainable society coexist.
“BRING” is a brand reuse shop that accurately discerns value, from the latest trends to rare archives, based on vast data. Its strengths lie in a fresh product lineup that keenly captures ever-changing market needs and high-level authentication/speedy response by experienced buyers. As a “shop chosen by people,” it pursues a rich reuse experience that makes customers think “I want to use it again” through sincere communication and transparent services.
STAYGOLD Co., Ltd., under the banner of “NEXT REUSE CULTURE,” aspires to be more than just a part of the circular economy; we aim to present new choices for people’s lifestyles and values themselves.
As a “trusted reuse partner,” we pursue speedy response, hospitality that exceeds expectations, and a consistently fresh and stimulating lineup. To make reuse a more familiar and enjoyable choice, we will continue to deliver encounters with valuable “next items/pieces” that are not merely second-hand goods.
