The launch date, November 3, 2025, marks five years since the closure of the Argyle mine. The site is exclusively for members, offering a trusted platform to safely relay these ultimate treasures at their appropriate value, with experienced concierges providing heartfelt support to ensure satisfaction for both current and new owners.
APDs are recognized as the ultimate treasure not only due to their scarcity—only 1% of all rough diamonds from Argyle were pink diamonds—but also because of their unique, intense color, hue, and saturation, unmatched by any other mine.
The Argyle mine, which produced approximately 90% of the world’s pink diamonds, closed in November 2020. The quantity of pink diamonds represented only about 1% of Argyle’s total output, highlighting their extreme rarity. No other deposit capable of consistently producing pink diamonds of comparable quality has been discovered. Market circulation is clearly decreasing, and finite inventory is anticipated.
Argyle Diamond Pty Ltd. (ADPL) laser-inscribes an individual ID number on the girdle of each APD weighing 0.08 carats or more and issues a dated Certificate of Origin detailing this ID and carat weight. Owners can verify these details on the APD website. Therefore, Argyle Pink Diamonds™ are the only gemstones guaranteed high reliability and security through a world-class product management and traceability system.
