On October 4th, Watches of Switzerland, the UK’s largest luxury watch and jewellery distributor, announced the acquisition of New York-based watch media Hodinkee. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Through this deal, the Watches of Switzerland Group will leverage its brand management expertise and industry leadership to further advance Hodinkee’s mission of sharing the most compelling, educational, and entertaining watch content.
