The magic of the summer season takes over our fashion jewelry box, knowing that each and every piece has the power to be incredibly seductive, captivate the eye, and completely transform a look. Thus, designers offer us a whole range of eclectic proposals, spiced with minimalist touches, the occasional grunge nod, and a genuine passion for asymmetry. Among the most recurring pieces this season, we find the predominance of earrings, worn in pairs or solo, but always in XL format. **Dare to wear:**
**XS chokers.**
The new versions of this accessory, brought directly from the 1990s, arrive ready to prove that it’s all about minimalism and sophistication. Gone are the metallic creations or the heavy baroque necklaces. If you’re looking for the trendiest choker of the season, you only need to look at the Dior show and discover that the key lies in the subtlety and simplicity of ultra-narrow black leather and fabric models. Tied, with a chain closure, without beads or with a small central appliqué, these are the minimalist pieces perfect for giving a twist to your spring looks.

**Dare to wear:**
**Crosses.**
Stripped of religious connotations, crosses invaded the runways paying tribute to the most absolute baroque, a rock touch, and even a certain neo-Gothic aesthetic. Made of metal or studded with stones, sharing the spotlight with other motifs like eyes or floral appliqués. On the runways, we’ve seen them dangling at the base of XL chokers, hanging from neck chains in maxi style, or, as in the case of Dolce & Gabbana —to whose show this image belongs— as extra-large earrings.

**Unique maxi earrings.**
No matter how much they insist that the formula for beauty lies in symmetry and divine proportion, the runways are making a strong statement to the contrary, proving that even in accessories, asymmetry is beautiful! This year, major fashion houses are clearer than ever: if there is one accessory in the realm of jewelry and costume jewelry that stands out above all others, it’s XXL-sized earrings. However, wearing them in identical pairs is over, as the prevailing trend encourages you to wear them solo. We saw this in the J.W. Anderson proposal.

**Twin bracelets.**
While earrings, usually worn in pairs, are worn solo; bracelets are worn in pairs. Thus, we find complementary and identical bracelets that, far from being placed on one arm, are worn in parallel on both wrists. The truth is, this is not a strange trend nor one that is just beginning; in her day, Coco Chanel herself made paired bracelets one of her favorite gestures in accessories. Dare to wear them? In a minimalist key, sliding over the hands —and even ankles— of Lanvin models; as a choker formed by a whole amalgam of links and crystals, like a dynamic tie necklace. Chains, in all their sizes and variants, have become essential elements, not only in jewelry but also in garment construction.
