The 10th Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem and Pearl Show, a key sourcing event for jewelry raw materials, is now underway. This article provides details on the exhibition’s offerings and schedule.

The 10th Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem and Pearl Show, organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), opened on February 27 at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong. The five-day event primarily showcases raw materials for jewelry, including top-quality white diamonds, colored diamonds, high-end gemstones, and rare pearls.
This exhibition is being held concurrently with the 40th Hong Kong International Jewellery Show, which focuses on finished jewelry products and opens on February 29 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. This marks the first time since the pandemic that the two shows have resumed their “two exhibitions, two venues” format.
On-site observations revealed active engagement between buyers and exhibitors from around the world. A notable participant was a delegation of pearl enterprises from Shanxiahu Town in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, known as the “Hometown of Chinese Pearls.” The delegation, located centrally in the exhibition hall, comprised 51 exhibitors with 63 booths, accompanied by over 300 purchasing companies. Their freshwater pearls attracted significant attention from international buyers.
Additionally, this year’s show featured a new Henan Pavilion, drawing a group of enterprises from Henan province.
