The auction for WPL 2026 players will be held on November 27, 2025, at the JW Marriott Hotel in New Delhi. A total of 277 players have registered for the auction, including 194 Indian and 83 foreign players. The full tournament is expected to be played in January 2026, with potential host cities including Navi Mumbai and Vadodara. Teams will aim to fill a maximum of 73 slots.

UP Warriors enter the auction with the largest purse of 14.5 crore rupees. Following them are Gujarat Giants with 9 crore, Royal Challengers Bangalore with 6.15 crore, Mumbai Indians with 5.75 crore, and Delhi Capitals with 5.7 crore rupees.

Auction Schedule and Marquee Players

The player auction process for the Women’s Premier League 2026 will begin at 3:30 PM. The participating teams are Royal Challengers Bangalore Women, Mumbai Indians Women, Delhi Capitals Women, UP Warriors, and Gujarat Giants Women.
