This article reports on the appointment of Louis Ferla as the new CEO of Cartier, effective September 1. He succeeds Cyrille Vigneron, who led the brand for eight years.

The Richemont Group announced on July 2nd the appointment of Louis Ferla as the new CEO of its subsidiary, Cartier. He will assume the role on September 1st, succeeding Cyrille Vigneron, who served as CEO for eight years.

French national Louis Ferla began his career at the Richemont Group in 2001. After serving as Area Sales Manager in Hong Kong and General Manager in Taipei for Alfred Dunhill, he joined Cartier in 2006. He held various senior management positions in the Middle East, India, and Africa before becoming CEO for China. In 2015, he was promoted to International Director of the Client & Business department and became a member of the Executive Committee. Since 2017, he has been serving as the CEO of the Swiss luxury watchmaker Vacheron Constantin.
