**Editor’s Note:** LivingPackets expands its reusable packaging line, The Box Pro, with new S and L sizes to secure deliveries of small goods and bottles of alcohol.
LivingPackets is expanding its reusable and secure packaging line, The Box Pro, with the introduction of two new sizes, S and L, complementing the original M size. The new formats are designed to secure deliveries of small goods and bottles of alcohol.
Denis Mourrain, Managing Director of LivingPackets France, explained:
Manufactured in France, near Nantes, these new products are equipped with LivingPackets’ logistics intelligence, which includes numerous features: constant measurement, electronic label, return function, and location tracking. These allow professionals to monitor their deliveries via a web interface or mobile application.
The compact S size of The Box Pro (235 x 400 x 300 mm, 28.2 liters) has been developed to contain small goods such as jewelry, glasses, electronic components, and mechanical parts. It targets the luxury, jewelry, and watchmaking sectors, as well as industry, medical, and pharmaceutical fields.
The L size (595 x 400 x 300 mm, 71.4 liters) is designed to meet the requirements of the wine and spirits sector. LivingPackets has created a custom cushioning module that optimizes bottle protection during transport.
Both formats retain the waterproof, isothermal, and shock-absorbing properties that are specific to The Box Pro.
In the targeted sectors, LivingPackets told Voxlog that it already has several customers, mainly for S and M size boxes; however, it cannot disclose names due to confidentiality agreements. In the wine and spirits sector, for example, a luxury brand has equipped itself with a LivingPackets solution to ship full, high-value cognac bottles from France to Asia (China), with a need for security and traceability to prevent theft and breakage. A first contract (in the POC phase) for a few shipments is underway using The Box Pro in M size. The package includes a custom cushioning module developed for this client and allows the transport of two bottles.
