Abu Dhabi, May 19 (Prensa Latina) An elite group of jewelers and watchmakers from around the world will attend an international fair set to begin next week in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), it was reported today.

The 55th edition of the event is expected to bring together more than 500 domestic and foreign firms, as well as some 1,800 sector professionals and numerous renowned brands in the fields of gold, diamonds, and luxury watches, organizers told the Emirati news agency WAM.
The Middle East Watch and Jewelry Fair will run from May 28 to June 1, under the management of the Sharjah Expo Centre with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in that emirate, the source added.
According to the report, the exhibition area will cover 30,000 square meters and will include exhibits from the UAE, India, Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States, Singapore, China, Japan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Lebanon.

Several countries, including Russia, Mexico, Tanzania, and Egypt, will participate for the first time in this edition, the media report detailed.
The organizers indicated that the salon will unveil a series of surprising creations and innovative collections, which will demonstrate the value of craftsmanship and art in general.
