The India International Jewellery Show (IIJS) concluded successfully in August, with organizers expressing strong optimism for the upcoming Diwali season.
The India International Jewellery Show (IIJS) was organized this year from August 4 to August 8, 2022, and the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) is very pleased with the response it received. According to Chairman Colin Shah, this year’s Diwali will be a bumper one.

At this show, 1,790 participants displayed, among other items, gold and gold CZ (cubic zirconia) set jewellery, diamonds, gems and other set jewellery, retail precious stones, silver jewellery, artefacts and gifting items, laboratories and education, and machinery. GJEPC convener Shailesh Sangani said that approximately 50,000 people visited the exhibition. This included 1,500 people from over 60 countries, including the USA, Canada, the UK, Hong Kong, West Asia, Europe, Bangladesh, Nepal, Russia, Thailand, and Egypt.
