**Editor’s Note:** Madridjoya launches its own awards to honor excellence in jewelry, coinciding with the International Urban and Trend Jewelry and Watch Fair at Ifema from September 24 to 27.

The International Urban and Trend Jewelry and Watch Fair will be held from September 24 to 27 at Ifema. Bisutex will present the work of more than 250 brands from 14 countries.
Madridjoya, the International Urban and Trend Jewelry and Watch Fair, has created awards to recognize the excellence, effort, and contribution of professionals, companies, and businesses that contribute to the development of the sector. The Madridjoya Awards will be presented during the 75th edition of the fair, to be held from September 24 to 27, a milestone that reflects the trajectory of an event that has accompanied the evolution of the sector for decades.
These awards are composed of different categories that reflect the pillars of the industry.
Specifically, the Professional Career Award in Jewelry or Watchmaking will recognize individuals or companies with a consolidated career and outstanding contribution to the development and prestige of the sector; while the Artisan Craft and Jewelry Mastery Award will focus on workshops, artisans, and professionals whose technical mastery, precision, and excellence have contributed to preserving and projecting the value of the craft.

Several creativity awards will be presented during the fair.
At the other end is the Innovation in Product or Processes, Design and Commercialization Award, which will distinguish initiatives that have incorporated significant improvements in areas such as materials, production, design, digitalization, or commercial strategies, paying special attention to their practical application and market impact.
Additionally, the Commercial Excellence in Jewelry and Watchmaking Award will be aimed at stores, businesses, and specialized chains that stand out for the quality of their service, the professionalization of their teams, and the customer experience offered.
But the culmination will come with the Madridjoya Honor Award, a distinction intended to recognize an extraordinary contribution to the sector and a relevant career within the world of jewelry and watchmaking.
