What can you tell us about Hemenster and what is its differentiating point?

After a complete consultation on the best way to acquire a gem, we accompany the client throughout the entire process of creating the desired piece of jewelry. Furthermore, we provide guidance with the help of our designers and jewelers to ensure the final product is exactly what the client is looking for.”
How does Hemenster guarantee quality and ethics in the acquisition of diamonds and gems?
“At Hemenster, as direct importers, we work with distributors from the world’s leading diamond companies. To ensure our diamonds come from 100% ethical sources, we adhere to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, which guarantees that the diamonds are not from conflict zones. We are committed to this process and require our suppliers to present the corresponding documentation. Additionally, we offer gems with international certification, backed by the UN, which adds extra value to our products.”
Do your jewels have GIA international certification?
“Yes, we work with GIA, the most prestigious gemology laboratory worldwide. Diamonds with this certification have a laser security code engraved on the girdle, which is the outer edge of the cut diamond. When acquiring a diamond from a formal house, it is mandatory for them to show you this certification, both for security and ethical reasons. It is worth noting that this certification applies to diamonds of a certain weight and shape.”
We know that in the world of jewelry there are always demanding clients looking for personalized jewelry. What can Hemenster offer these clients?
“At Hemenster, we have developed a 7-step process to create personalized jewelry that fits the specific desires of each client. On your first visit, we offer a complete consultation on how to acquire a precious gem. Once the gem is selected, we define the model you desire. From there, we design the jewelry in 3D and print it in resin so you can see it physically and make the necessary adjustments. Then, we proceed to manufacture the jewelry in 18-karat gold and add the gems you choose, guaranteeing a unique and personalized design.”
What is your most emblematic piece of jewelry?
“Our most emblematic piece is the tennis necklace, a high jewelry piece characterized by having diamonds along its entire surface, creating an infinite diamond necklace. It is a very versatile piece that can be used on various occasions and personalized with infinite diamond rings or bracelets for a harmonious and elegant set.”
