Editor’s Note
JGT Dubai returns in February 2023 with an expanded showcase of global exhibitors and innovations, building on its successful debut. This year’s event will also feature the prestigious JWA Dubai Awards ceremony and panel discussion.

The international B2B sourcing event, Jewellery, Gem & Technology Dubai (JGT Dubai), will return from February 12 to 14, 2023, at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). Building on the success of its maiden edition, the event is set to feature more world-class exhibitors, product introductions, and the second annual JWA Dubai Awards Presentation Ceremony and Panel Discussion.
Designed around the show theme, “The Centre of Business,” and positioned as “the fair to expand international business into new markets,” JGT Dubai is seeing solid demand for booth space. The second edition will present the latest offerings from about 400 major suppliers from more than 20 countries and regions, representing at least a 30% increase in exhibitor numbers compared with the 2022 inaugural show.
Thousands of wholesalers, importers, distributors, manufacturers, and retailers from the Middle East, Central and South Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe—all within 7 hours of flying time from Dubai—are expected to attend. As companies begin their recovery from nearly three years of disruption, the show is anticipated to draw a high concentration of buying power in the industry. Online registration for trade visitors is now open.
JGT Dubai is a joint venture of two leading industry events groups: Informa Markets Jewellery (organizer of Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong) and Italian Exhibition Group SpA (organizer of Vicenzaoro). Their combined resources are further enhanced by the support of DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre), JGT Dubai’s Official Partner, and the Dubai Gold and Jewellery Group (DGJG), the fair’s Industry Partner.
JGT Dubai 2023 will feature industry-leading companies across finished and semi-finished jewelry, loose gemstones, and jewelry technology. Notable exhibitors include diamond manufacturers like Choron Diamonds DMCC, G. Arabov, and Hari Krishna Exports; colored gemstone specialists such as Blue Gems Supplier and Emerald 18; finished jewelry producers like Chrysos and Graziella Group; and technology providers including Balestri Technologies and Sisma. The latest exhibitor list can be viewed online.
Adding excitement to the show floor is the second annual JWA Dubai Awards Presentation Ceremony and Panel Discussion, taking place on Day 1. This regional edition of the Jewellery World Awards (JWA) celebrates exceptional individuals and businesses within the Middle East’s jewelry and gemstone sector. For 2023, the Awards will have four categories: Brand of the Year – Retail, Outstanding Enterprise of the Year, Outstanding Coloured Gemstone Enterprise of the Year, and Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
