The world’s leading luxury group LVMH has announced the appointment of Laura Burdese as CEO of the Italian jewelry brand Bulgari, whose watches are manufactured in Switzerland, effective July 1, 2026.
Laura Burdese, 54, who has been Deputy CEO since July 2024, succeeds Jean-Christophe Babin, who remains Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bulgari “while continuing to serve as CEO of Bulgari Hotels and President of the Bulgari Foundation,” according to a statement released on Thursday.

Laura Burdese will report to Stéphane Bianchi, Deputy CEO of LVMH and head of the Watches and Jewelry division.
