In a new installment of its employer branding campaign, “Where Dreams Become Careers,” LVMH once again meets the talents that make up the Group.
This new chapter highlights the inspiring journeys of ten employees across Asia. From Dori to Rane and from Chris to Bryan, from Shanghai to Singapore, and from Seoul to Tokyo, the collected testimonials cover a wide diversity of professions: retail, merchandising, data, digital, and brand management. Each journey is unique, but all express the same determined will, the same passion, and the same aspiration to grow.
These stories also underscore the strategic importance of Asia for LVMH: by building their careers according to their ambitions, our talents there are engines of innovation, constantly reinventing the customer experience… and thus contributing to the future of their Houses.
Each year, LVMH recruits nearly 60,000 new employees worldwide and invests in their development throughout their careers. In 2024, 82% of our employees underwent training and 19,000 benefited from internal mobility. These figures reflect the Group’s commitment to cultivating the potential of each of our employees and offering them a stimulating and meaningful professional journey.
