The luxury group Kering announced on Thursday the “phased” acquisition of Raselli Franco Group, an Italian company specializing in the manufacturing of jewelry components, with the ambition of acquiring “100% of the shares by 2032.”

“The acquisition will be carried out in several stages, starting with an initial 20% stake in the first quarter of 2026, for an amount of 115 million euros,”

the group specified in a statement.

“The agreement outlines a precise trajectory for the acquisition of 100% of the shares by 2032,”

it added.

Strategic Ambition in Jewelry
“This acquisition marks a strategic step for Kering and illustrates our ambition in the field of jewelry,”

said Kering’s CEO Luca de Meo, quoted in the statement.

“By securing essential production capabilities for our jewelry business, this partnership will strengthen our value chain and accelerate the growth of our Houses,”

he added. Kering owns the jewelry brands Boucheron, Pomellato, DoDo, and Qeelin.
