The Delhi Development Authority will launch Phase-2 of its Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana 2025 tomorrow, offering over 1,500 ready-to-move flats. Bookings open at 12 PM on Friday, November 7.
The Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA) new scheme, the Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana 2025 Phase-2, will commence bookings starting tomorrow, Friday, November 7. Under this new scheme, flat bookings will be open from 12:00 PM on Friday. Following the excellent response from homebuyers to Phase-1 of the Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana, DDA is set to launch the second phase with over 1500 ready-to-move flats. In this scheme, flats in the EWS and LIG categories will be priced starting from ₹11.8 lakh up to ₹32.7 lakh.
To book a flat, you will need to visit the DDA website at https://eservices.dda.org.in. According to information received from DDA, these flats are available in Narela, Rohini, Ramgarh Colony, and Shivaji Marg in Delhi. Only EWS category flats are available in Narela and Shivaji Park (near Moti Nagar). Meanwhile, only LIG category flats are available in Rohini Sectors 34, 35, and Ramgarh Colony (near Jahangirpuri). The total number of flats in Narela is 1120, and their size ranges from 34.8 to 35.1 square meters. The price of these flats is ₹13.7 lakh to ₹13.8 lakh, but after a 15% discount, the price will be ₹11.8 to ₹11.9 lakh.
There are a total of 308 LIG flats in Rohini Sectors 34 and 35, with sizes ranging from 33.3 to 33.9 square meters. The price of these flats is between ₹14.00 lakh and ₹14.2 lakh, and there is no discount on them. There are 73 LIG flats in Ramgarh Colony, with sizes ranging from 31.9 to 35.3 square meters. The price of these flats is ₹15.3 lakh to ₹16.9 lakh, but after a 15% discount, the price will also be reduced to between ₹13.1 lakh and ₹14.5 lakh. There are a total of 36 EWS category flats on Shivaji Marg, with sizes ranging between 33.1 and 45.1 square meters. The price of these flats is ₹25.2 lakh to ₹32.7 lakh, and there is also no discount on these flats.
Under DDA’s Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana 2025 Phase-2, the booking amount for an LIG flat has been set at ₹1 lakh, while for an EWS flat, you will have to pay ₹50,000. It is important to note that these flats will be allotted on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Therefore, they are not expected to take long to sell out. According to DDA, all these flats are ready-to-move and also freehold.
