Editor’s Note
This article announces the opening of PRMAL’s first physical space, the PRMAL GALLERY, in Tokyo’s Nakameguro district on June 17. It also touches on the brand’s unique business model and production approach.

The jewelry brand “PRMAL” will open its first store and showroom, “PRMAL GALLERY,” along Komazawa-dori in Nakameguro. The opening date is June 17.
PRMAL operates under the concept of “making diamond jewelry more accessible,” offering handmade diamond jewelry crafted in its workshop in Kofu, Yamanashi Prefecture. The brand has built a business model that reduces costs associated with intermediaries by focusing on factory-direct sales and its own online store.

The jewelry uses “lab-grown diamonds,” which are composed of the same components as natural diamonds. Natural diamond mining has environmental impacts, and labor conditions in the industry have become a social issue, making lab-grown diamonds an ethical material that has gained attention in recent years.
The store will offer jewelry such as earrings, ear cuffs, necklaces, and bracelets made with lab-grown diamonds. It will carry the same lineup as its online store, allowing customers to try on items in-store and place orders.

PRMAL GALLERY will initially operate by appointment only, open approximately 6 to 10 days per month. The space aims to serve various purposes, including collaborative exhibitions with artists and brands, a photography studio, and a showroom.
Opening Date: Saturday, June 17, 2023
Location: 1F, 5-27-22 Nakameguro, Meguro-ku, Tokyo

*Initially by appointment only after opening.
