Sales in Watch & Jewelry Category Surge by 25%

Lotte Duty Free announced on the 22nd that it is intensifying efforts to strengthen the competitiveness of its watch and jewelry category. As demand from domestic and international customers for luxury watches and jewelry has been increasing, sales in this category over the past three months have grown by approximately 25% compared to the previous three-month period. To sustain this growth momentum, Lotte Duty Free is accelerating the attraction of premium brands and the improvement of store environments.

Damiani Myeongdong Flagship Store Renovated and Busan Store Opened

On the 21st, Lotte Duty Free reopened the renovated flagship store of the Italian high-jewelry maison ‘Damiani’ in Myeongdong. Damiani is globally renowned for its unique designs that blend artisan craftsmanship with the finest gemstones, with representative collections including ‘Belle Époque’, ‘Margherita’, and ‘Mimosa’. Through the store renovation, Damiani has relocated from the 11th floor to the 10th floor, approximately doubling its floor space to provide customers with a more comfortable shopping environment.
In July, a new Damiani store opened on the 8th floor of Lotte Duty Free Busan, making premium jewelry more conveniently accessible to customers in the Yeongnam region.

Breguet Opens New Boutique in Myeongdong

Furthermore, in early August, Lotte Duty Free opened a new boutique for the Swiss high-end watchmaking house ‘Breguet’ on the 11th floor of its Myeongdong flagship store.
