Naniwa Market (Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture) has begun operating a secondhand goods market for jewelry called “R.N.R Jewelry Auction.” It is co-hosted by three companies: Rich Diamond (Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture), the major traveling purchase service REGATE (Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture), and Naniwa Market itself. A key feature is its high market transaction rate of approximately 93%.

Regarding the reasons behind the successful transactions, Kuniyoshi Isao, President of Naniwa Market, stated:

“With REGATE’s name newly included in the initials (R.N.R), we can emphasize that this is a market where first-time items purchased directly from end-users are gathered. We are focusing on maintaining high quality, providing advice to consignors on how to sell at higher prices, and conducting our own inspection checks.”
