La Industria 5.0 (Industry 5.0) is advancing driven by Artificial Intelligence, a technology that is no longer perceived as a future promise, but as a cross-cutting element that impacts productivity, efficiency, and decision-making. However, the speed of adoption is generating internal tensions within organizations, which must balance innovation and control in an increasingly complex context.
This was one of the central ideas of the IX Conference on Industry 5.0. Artificial Intelligence, held at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).
