In September 2024, it decided to open an internal training center to address the difficulties in recruiting qualified personnel. This center is dedicated to various jewelry trades, such as polishing, setting, casting, and engraving.
The center is equipped with both traditional jewelry-making machines and modern equipment, such as binocular microscopes designed to reduce eye strain. It will primarily train 1B2L’s employees to enhance their skills. It will also be accessible to professionals wishing to improve their expertise, individuals undergoing career transitions, and the company’s subcontractors.
The company plans to train approximately 40 people per year. Currently employing 120 staff, it aims to double its workforce over the next three years.
