Expert guided tours were conducted at the Beijing preview by Christie’s Asia Pacific specialists, including Liu Song’en from the Jewellery department and Yan Sihong from the Watches department.

Fine & Rare Wine | May 22-23

Christie’s is honored to present two unparalleled single-owner cellar auctions. These include “The Joseph Lau Cellar: Part III” on May 22 and “An Exceptional Private Cellar of Supreme Provenance” on May 23.
“The Joseph Lau Cellar: Part III” offers another rare chance to acquire coveted legendary wines from the collection of renowned connoisseur Joseph Lau. This prestigious cellar assembles top cuvées from Henri Jayer, including classic vintages of Cros Parantoux from the 1980s to 2001, alongside rare gems from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti.
“An Exceptional Private Cellar of Supreme Provenance” presents 160 lots of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, mostly in original wooden cases from the 2000s-2010s. Highlights also include Bordeaux first and second growths, prestigious Champagnes, and rarities from Soldera, Pingus, and Screaming Eagle.

An Enduring Legacy: Handbags & Accessories | May 26

This spring live auction continues Christie’s philosophy of curating exquisite items, bringing together heritage pieces from Hermès, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton. Highlights include two Hermès Special Order bags making their auction debut. The sale also features a dazzling array of classics, including the coveted Faubourg Birkin, an extremely rare 40cm black Porosus Crocodile Diamond Birkin, and limited-edition collaborations.

Magnificent Jewels | May 27

This live auction brings together over a hundred rare and extraordinary jewels. Leading the sale are pieces of historical significance, including the 35.09-carat ‘The Regent Kashmir’ sapphire and the 13.22-carat ‘The Regal Ruby’ Burmese ruby ring. A 10.35-carat Colombian no-oil emerald and diamond ring, and a pair of Colombian no-oil emerald earrings are also featured.
Colored diamonds are another magnificent focus, with stunning pieces like a 4.08-carat Internally Flawless Fancy Vivid Purplish Pink diamond ring and a 3.48-carat Internally Flawless Fancy Deep Blue diamond ring. The auction also includes archival pieces from top global jewelry houses.

Important Watches | May 28-29

This spring live auction presents a host of captivating horological masterpieces, including contemporary and neo-vintage super-complications, limited editions, and unique designs from renowned independent watchmakers. Many are appearing at auction for the first time.
The auction is led by two exceptional timepieces: the legendary Rolex Ref. 6100 with a dazzling flying dragon cloisonné enamel dial, and a rare F.P.Journe Sonnerie Souveraine. The sale also features three prominent private collections: “The Aspiration Collection,” “Generations of Time: Part II,” and “Imprints of Time: An Exceptional Watch Collection.”
Other highlights include enamel masterpieces, such as a unique Patek Philippe pocket watch with miniature painting by Suzanne Rohr, and contemporary rarities like an extremely rare Patek Philippe Ref. 5016P with a black dial.
