“Finance and Space Industry are Crucial in Jinju’s Reality”

[Gyeongnam News | Reporter Ryu Kwang-hyun] Han Kyung-ho, a prospective candidate for Mayor of Jinju, held a book launch event for his book ‘Jinju’s Future, From Finance to Space’ at the main auditorium of Jinju National University of Education at 2 PM on the 7th.
Han Kyung-ho, the prospective candidate, introduced himself at the launch event as a space and aviation expert and a finance specialist capable of realizing related projects.

“I mainly worked on budget and finance at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and finally, I primarily handled space and aviation affairs at the Defense Acquisition Program Administration,” said the prospective candidate.

He continued, “My career has been centered on finance and space,” and diagnosed that “Looking at Jinju’s reality, finance is the most critical situation.”

He particularly emphasized, “For Jinju to grow in the future, we must absolutely nurture this space industry.”

Meanwhile, the book launch event featured video congratulatory messages from figures including Gyeongsangnam-do Governor Park Wan-soo, National Assembly Member Seo Cheon-ho, and former Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Park Moon-kyu.

In his video message, Governor Park Wan-soo said, “This book contains various problem awareness that allows us to examine regional and national issues and think about the future,” adding, “I hope this becomes a meaningful time to broadly view the future of the region and the country.”

In addition, congratulatory messages were sent from National Assembly Members Park Dae-chul and Kang Min-guk of Jinju Gap and Eul districts, as well as Assembly Members Choo Kyung-ho, Kim Tae-ho, Lee Jong-wook, and Han Ki-ho.
