This report details disciplinary action taken following a surprise inspection of schools in Ramnagar. The move underscores the administration’s focus on accountability, particularly in the crucial period leading up to board examinations.

Before the board examinations, the Chief Education Officer conducted a surprise inspection of schools in Ramnagar. Irregularities, including early closure, were found at Semkhalia Inter College and Primary School. In response, the CEO has ordered the withholding of salaries for the teachers involved.
In view of the upcoming board and annual examinations, Chief Education Officer Govind Jaiswal inspected schools in Ramnagar. During this inspection, a case of early closure was discovered at Semkhalia Inter College and Primary School in Ramnagar. Consequently, he has ordered the withholding of salaries for 17 teachers and clerical staff from both schools.
On Friday, the Chief Education Officer conducted surprise inspections of over 20 schools, including Primary School Sanwalde, Kanya Junior Sanwalde, Patrani Primary and High School, and Dhela Primary School. He observed classroom teaching and even conducted teaching sessions himself. When he arrived for inspection at Semkhalia’s Primary and Inter College, the schools had already been closed before 3 PM.
During the inspection, principals including Manoj Joshi, Navendu Mathpal, CP Khati, Sant Singh, Harish Kumar, Mahendra Arya, Shailendra Bhatt, and Dinesh Nikhurpa were present.
