The Antwerp Diamond Bourse has named industry veteran Jacques Korn as its new president, filling a leadership vacancy. Korn brings four decades of experience in the Antwerp diamond sector to the role.
(IDEX Online News) – The Antwerp Diamond Bourse (Beurs voor Diamanthandel) has appointed Jacques Korn as its new president.
Korn has been a member of the Antwerp diamond business for forty years and was previously the Antwerp Diamond Bourse’s executive director and has been a member of the Antwerp World Diamond Centre’s board of directors since 2010. His appointment as president is for a four-year period.
The position of president had been vacant since the termination of former president Marcel Pruwer’s mandate in August.
In addition to Korn’s appointment, Rajender Gahani has been elected as the Antwerp Diamond Bourse executive director.
