Bvlgari unveils its most ambitious high jewelry collection to date, “Polychroma,” featuring an unprecedented number of “Millionaire Pieces” and a dazzling spectrum of gemstones.
Bvlgari’s Polychroma collection comprises 600 masterpieces of high jewelry, including approximately 250 new pieces in high jewelry and high-end watches. Sixty of these are so-called “Millionaire Pieces” – the highest number of items in this category ever presented by Bvlgari. A total of 56 different types of gemstones in 16 cut forms were masterfully processed – from faceted to cabochon and buff-top cuts. The collection is complemented by exclusive high jewelry bags, glasses, and perfumes.
At the center is the magnificent Gallery of Wonders with five extraordinary creations. The Cosmic Vault necklace, featuring a 123.35-carat royal blue sugarloaf sapphire from Sri Lanka, set in a refined structure of over 200 elements, sapphires, and diamonds, is a tribute to Elizabeth Taylor’s famous necklace with the 66-carat sapphire.
The Celestial Mosaic necklace lets a 131.21-carat spinel from Tajikistan (the fourth largest of its kind in the world) shine in a mosaic of emerald, tourmaline, onyx, and diamonds. The floral Polychromatic Bloom in rose gold celebrates femininity with glowing rubellite, peridot, and tanzanite, and the Essence of Yellow ring is adorned with an over 45-carat, very rare Fancy Vivid Yellow Diamond, a gemstone that occurs only once in eight million diamonds.
The crowning finale is the Magnus Emerald necklace with a 241.06-carat emerald – the largest ever processed by Bvlgari. A harmonious blend reminiscent of the 70s, from classic rivière to modern sautoir silhouette.
The luxury watches also continue Bvlgari’s color story: Models like Nuvole Preziose or Serpenti Aeterna combine opulent gemstones with technical finesse – perfected by the fine Piccolissimo movement, the smallest mechanical movement in the world.
The collection’s complementary accessories also continue this line: High Jewelry Bags by Mary Katrantzou made from noble materials with multifunctional jewelry clasps, Serpenti sunglasses in rose gold with diamonds and frameless elegance, three exclusive perfumes with floral and oriental notes like rose, jasmine, or oud, encased in jewel-encrusted Murano flacons, reflect the creative vision of Polychroma, a celebration of color, form, and the eternal inspiration of Rome.
